F.A.Q.

How do I cancel my donation subscription?

You can cancel a giving subscription by logging managing your subscriptions in the Donations section of your account. Don’t have an account? No problem. You can sign-up or login to an existing account by clicking here. Be sure to use the email that was used when you made your donation. Once you’ve logged in, navigate to the Donations section of your account details, locate the active subscription you wish to cancel and select the Cancel button. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact support.

How long is my subscription?

The 12 Verse Challenge is equivalent to 12 verses per year. Your subscription will not automatically cancel. You can login or create an account to manage your active subscriptions.

How do view my donation history?

To access the donation history associated with an email. You’ll need to login or create an account. This is done simply by entering your email on our sign-up page. You’ll receive and email containing a magic-link to sign in. Once signed in, you can access all your giving history by locating the Donations tab of your account details page. From here, you can also download yearly reports of your donations.

How do I update my credit card information?

To update your credit card information, you’ll need to first login or create an account. Once signed in, you can manage your default payment method by locating and selecting the Billing tab from your account details page.

How do I get a refund?

If you’d like your donation refunded, this is no problem. Please contact support.

How do I sign up for an account?

Signing up is easy. You simply enter your email on our sign-up page. We’ll send you a confirmation email containing a “magic link” – simply click the magic link within the email to sign in. There are no passwords to set or remember.

How do I update or change my email?

To update your credit card information, you’ll need to first login or create an account. Once signed in, you can manage your email by locating and selecting the Account tab from your account details page.

How do I reset my password?

12VC does not use passwords but instead, each time you want to sign in, we’ll send you a magic link to your inbox. Click the link, and we’ll securely sign you in.

Is there a difference between ‘giving directly’ and giving through an event?

Essentially, no. However, we do associate your gifts with events for reporting purposes and goalsetting. Whether you give directly, or through an event, all monies go towards the Bible translation mission.
